RECOVERY SPORTS GRILL RIBBON CUTTING ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4TH
Sports-themed restaurant now open in Chesapeake, VA

Chesapeake, VA – BBL Hospitality will hold a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the newest Recovery Sports Grill in Chesapeake, VA on Wednesday, September 4th at 10am. In addition to the morning’s ceremony, 15 percent of the day’s sales will benefit the non-profit Mutts with a Mission. The sports grill is the 14th owned and operated unit for the Albany, New York-based hospitality company.

Located at 1672 Sentinel Drive, just off North Battlefield Blvd. between I-64 & Military Highway, the 6,400-square-foot building seats up to 200 inside and 100 outside on a 1,600-square-foot patio, and features over 40 high-definition TVs, offering a multitude of sports coverage to customers daily.

The restaurant, which employs roughly 70 full-time and part-time employees, offers fresh, casual American fare made in-house each day. The restaurant is open seven days a week: Monday through Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm and Friday through Sunday from 11 am to midnight.

“We’re excited to bring our family and fan friendly sports-themed restaurant concept to Chesapeake,” said President of BBL Hospitality, Steve Obermayer. “Our diverse menu features high-quality, house-made items, and we’ve hand-picked a variety of sports photos and memorabilia showcasing local schools and teams to display throughout the space.”

One of the unique programs Recovery Sports Grill offers is a Dine to Donate program which helps non-profits in the community raise money. Mutts with a Mission is a 501 © 3 non-profit organization that provides service dogs for Veterans, Wounded Warriors, Law Enforcement, First Responders and Federal Agents with service related disabilities, free of charge. Fifteen percent of the Recovery Sports Grills sales on September 4th will go directly to the organization.
