By registering for the Recovery Sports Grill rewards program (“Hall of Fame”) you agree to these Rules of Use:

Eligibility

Hall of Fame is available to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older upon enrollment. Recovery Sports Grill employees are not permitted to participate in the rewards program. Only one account is allowed per member and a maximum of four accounts are allowed per household.

Enrollment

To enroll as a “Hall of Fame Member,” you must register in-store or online at recoverysportsgrill.com/rewards and provide Recovery Sports Grill with your name, email address, phone number, address, and birthday.

Points System

Members earn one point for every $1.00 spent on qualifying food or beverage purchases. Points will only be issued for the amount of money actually spent during the visit. Points will not be issued for gift card purchases, taxes, or gratuity. You must present your Hall of Fame card, phone number associated with your account, or check-in via the Recovery Sports Grill mobile application at the time of purchase to receive your points. Reward points may be issued on private events. The Hall of Fame member must be the individual paying for the event. Member’s points are issued in real-time and can be viewed on your receipt, the mobile application, or online at recoverysportsgrill.com/rewards. Retroactive points must be shown with valid proof of purchase/receipt. Valid for only 7 days.

Rewards

A $10.00 Reward will be loaded to your card every time your account reaches 100 points! Your Reward Dollars can be used for food and beverage at any Recovery Sports Grill location. You will also receive a $5 “Birthday Reward” on the first day of the month that your birthday falls. Recovery Sports Grill, in its sole discretion, may also award Members additional points and other rewards, e.g., free food, for the Member’s specific behavior or special events. Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, points earned through Hall of Fame have no cash value. Points are surrendered for reward redemption only. You cannot use Hall of Fame rewards dollars towards the purchase of gift cards, tax or gratuity.

Expiration

Earned points or Hall of Fame reward dollars will never expire. Promotional and “Birthday Rewards” may expire and members will be notified on your account or on your receipt.

Suspension & Termination

Recovery Sports Grill reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend a Member’s membership in the Hall of Fame rewards program in the event of any suspected misconduct, including suspending the Member’s ability to redeem rewards and/or other rewards earned in connection with his/her membership in the Hall of Fame program. If Recovery Sports Grill concludes in its sole discretion that the member has engaged in misconduct or that his/her account has been compromised, it may terminate the member’s membership, including but not limited to terminating the member’s ability to redeem Hall of Fame and/or other rewards earned in connection with his/her membership in the Hall of Fame program.

Registration and mobile application download rewards will be valid one time per person. Recovery Sports Grill reserves the right to reject any duplicate reward earned by a guest that has registered more than one account. Recovery Sports Grill also reserves the right to suspend the account of anyone who does not adhere to this policy. Additional legal action may be taken at the discretion of Recovery Sports Grill, as abuse of these rewards will be considered theft.

Modification

Recovery Sports Grill reserves the right in its sole discretion, to terminate the Hall of Fame program, and to alter, limit, modify, or add to the Hall of Fame Card rules, regulations, terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards, and reward levels, all without prior notice, at any time. Any such changes are effective immediately and the member’s continued enrollment in the Hall of Fame program and/or use of the Site and Mobile Application confirms that he/she accepts the changes and agree to be bound by them.
